Our residence hotel is situated in the centre of Piaggine (SA), popular mountain resort in the heart of the National Park of Cilento and Diano Valley. The village, characterized by interesting historical suburbs, is set into the rocky folds of Cervati mountain chain, surrounded by thick beach-tree woods, it is included in the itinerary going from the Tyrrhenian Sea to the highest mountain top in Campania.
It has been called “Sentieri nella Roccia”(Paths in the Rock), as a reminder of the steep landscape of its mountains, which can be partly admired from the terrace of the building; it has been built by renovating an old building made from stone, taking care to preserve as much as possible, its precious features. The characteristic flint stone staircase, the wooden ceiling and the rocky wall which can be seen in the lounge, that originally housed the stable with the animals’ manger, are an evidence of this.
In our residence hotel there are 9 independent mini-flats of different sizes, situated on the three floors of this structure, they are furnished with taste and elegance, each of them has got a fully equipped kitchenette and is provided with all comforts; the structure can also host disabled guests.
Our residence hotel, thanks to its strategic location, is the ideal destination where to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday. For those who love nature, trekking itineraries are available through extraordinary beautiful landscapes: Cervati Mountain, Vivo Mountain, Motola Mountain and the other tops of this area. Nature walks e can be organized within a delicate and complex eco-biological system, where you can easily admire a variety of animal and flower species. From our structure you can reach in a little time, places of historical and natural interest such as the Old Town of Roscigno, the Archaeological Sites of Paestum-Velia, The Charterhouse in Padula, the Coast of Cilento.
